First Aid is the main section of the training courses that St John Ambulance provide.    However, trainers can now supply courses in

- CPR (Cardio Pulmonary Resuscitation) and Automated External Defibrillation
- Moving and Handling
- Moving and Handling People

St John have a newly furbished training centre in Midvale Road along with a secondary building in St Martin.

As well as a wide range of schedule courses and dates throughout the year, courses can be tailored to suit individual employers to meet the needs of the company.
